The first capability we will cover in our May Office Hours is Knowledge Management in CA Service Management. In this session, we will be showing how CA Service Management addresses Knowledge Management process, including creating new knowledge and managing the entire knowledge lifecycle. In the run-up to the release of CASM 17.4 we had provided a sneak peek into What's Planned for CA Service Management 17.4 in the last Office Hour. In the upcoming session of Office Hours, we will share plans for Beta validation of 17.4. Agenda for this 1-hour session will be:
CASM Office Hours will follow a bi-monthly cadence, on the first Thursday of every other month. The event will be conducted via Webex. Questions will be taken through the Q&A facility on Webex Events.
